| 1 cup | Finely Chopped Mushrooms |
| 2 cups | Minced Onions |
| ½ cup | Panko |
| 4 ea. | Egg |
| ¾ cup | Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Low Sodium Brown Gravy (dry mix) |
| 1 tsp. | Garlic Powder |
| To Taste | Black Pepper |
| 100 ea. | 2" Toast Rounds |
| 3 qt. | Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Low Sodium Brown Gravy (prepared) |
| 1 qt. | Sweet Chili Sauce |
| 100 ea. | Pickle Slice Garnish |
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll seaoned meat into 2" diamater logs that are 6-8 inhes long.
- Sear each log and arrange on sheet pan.
- Roast each meatloaf log until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest.
- Mix together the prepared gravy and add the chili sauce and bring to a gentle boil and set aside for assembly.
- Slice the meatloaf logs into 1/4 inch slices and keep warm for assembly.
- To assemble top each toast round with a warm meatloaf slice.
- A small ladle of gravy and a pickle garnish.
