| 2 tbsp. | Oil |
| 1 Onion | chopped |
| 3 Garlic Cloves | crushed |
| 1 quart | Beef Stock |
| 3 tbsp. | Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Latin Chili Concentrate |
| To Taste | Salt & Pepper |
Optional: Splash of Red Wine
Preparation
- Season and sear ribs in oil until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes.
- Whisk in Latin Chili into the stock, then add it to the pot.
- Cover and braise at 325°F for 2.5–3 hours.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or creamy polenta.
