What You'll Need
Yield: 100 small patties
| 1 ea | #10 can chickpeas |
| 1 bag | True Foundations® Tikka Masala Sauce |
| 10 oz | White sesame seeds |
| 1 bun | Parsley, chopped |
| 4 lbs | Your choice of rice |
| 2 bags | True Foundations® Coconut Curry Sauce |
Preparation
- Smash chickpeas to a rough paste
- Reduce 1 bag Tikka Masala Sauce until dry and forms a concentrated paste
- Add paste reduction to smashed chickpeas
- Add chopped parsley
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired
- Form into patties and dredge in sesame seeds and set aside
- Oil a non-stick pan with coconut spray and saute each pattiy until golden bown
- Serve with Coconut Curry Sauce
- Garnish with chopped scallions
