Harissa Burnt End Tacos

| 1 lb. | Labneh (or Greek Yogurt) |
| 3.5 lbs. | Burnt Ends |
| 1 lb. | True Foundations® Harissa |
| 16 ea. | 5" or 6" Flour Tortillas |
| 1 ea. | Cucumber, Hot House, small diced |
| 1/4 c. | Parsely, Italian flat leaf, fresh, chopped |
| 1/4 c. | Mint, fresh, chopped |
Preparation
- Mix Harissa and labneh together until well incorporated.
- Set aside or prepare ahead and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- In a preheated oven, heat the burnt ends until they reach an internal temperature of 160 F., adding the harissa halfway through.
- While the brisket is warming, heat the tortillas. Then cut each in half.
- To assemble, place a warm tortilla on the plate, top with 1 oz. of saucy brisket.
- Top with 1 oz. harissa labneh.
- Garnish with diced cucumber and fresh herbs. Secure with a toothpick.
