| 1 cup | chili sauce or sweet chili sauce |
| 1/4 cup | sriracha (adjust heat to preference) |
| 1/4 cup | water |
| 1 Tbsp. | Gold Label Beef Base (whisked in for depth) |
| 1 Tbsp. | rice vinegar |

Make Meatballs
Make Firecracker Glaze
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, pepper, and 3 Tbsp Beef Base
- Mix gently to avoid toughness
- Form into 1-ounce mini meatballs
- Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until fully cooked
Make Firecracker Glaze
- In a small saucepan, warm chili sauce, sriracha, water, vinegar
- Whisk in 1 Tbsp Beef Base until dissolved
- Simmer 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly
- Portion glazed meatball into serving dish
- Spoon additional glaze over top
- Garnish with scallions and sesame
