| 1 pint | True Foundations Tikka Masala Sauce - set aside |
| Pickled Slaw | |
| 1/2 head | Cabbage |
| 1/2 each | Red onion, sliced |
| 1/2 cup | Parsley, chopped |
| 1/4 cup | Apple cider vinegar |
| 1 ea | Lemon, juiced |
| to taste | Salt and pepper |
| Harissa Yogurt | |
| 1 cup | Plain yogurt |
| 1 cup | True Foundations Harissa Sauce |
| Naan | |
| 80 ea | Naan bread, 4 inch, round |
| Garnish | Microgreens |
Preparation
CHICKEN
PICKLED SLAW
HARISSA YOGURT
NAAN
ASSEMBLE
- Marinate cleaned chicken thighs in Tikka Masala Sauce overnight
- Char-grill chicken thighs
- Large dice chicken thighs and set aside for service
PICKLED SLAW
- Shred cabbage and place in a bowl
- Slice red onion and add to cabbage
- Chop parsley and add to the cabbage mixture
- Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to slaw mix
- Salt and pepper to taste and set aside
HARISSA YOGURT
- Mix yogurt and harissa together and season with salt and pepper
NAAN
- Warm 4-inch round naan bread on flat top
- Set aside
ASSEMBLE
- Place warm naan on plate
- Add hot chicken that has bee tossed in additional tikka masala sauce
- Drizzle with harissa yogurt
- Top with pickled slaw
- Garnish with microgreens
